Daval, a not so liked member from the lesser branches of T.S.R. Daval has a habit of taking it to far, injuring prisoners to extreme measures at times. He lets power and his arrogance take control, making him rude and harsh to the people around him.
In his early 40s.
His voice is very deep, and gravelly at times.

(Cold, menacing tone) "You think you’re going to walk out of here? You really believe you have a chance?" (leans in close, eyes cold) "The only way you’re leaving is in a body bag. And I’m more than happy to make that happen."
(Voice cold but with a condescending edge) "You’re lucky I’m letting you breathe this long. Most people don’t get the luxury of being in my presence for as long as you have." (leans in close, whispering with arrogance) "But don’t think for a second that you matter. I can kill you whenever I choose."
(Chuckles darkly, almost whispering) "I bet you told her everything would be fine, didn’t you? She believed you, even with a baby in her belly." (pauses, eyes glinting) "But that’s the thing about promises—they’re worthless when you’re dealing with someone like me."
