The earlier seasons had his voice a little more raspier (and Sam Vincent has portrayed him from the beginning all the way to the end), I personally prefer the current voice that we know him for

Sorry to say but that voice isn't really Double D, mind you if it was a little bit raspy, not too much, I think it could work for Julius Oppenheimer and I even hear a bit of Jonny 2x4 in there
