The fast-talking, fearless director of the marching band. He’s an enthusiastic man with a plan, though he can be scatterbrained and moody at times. He often tries to be “hip” and progressive to appeal to the younger generations (and maybe avoid getting angry parents on his case), but this fails him more often than not. 

He has a very brusque manner of speaking. His voice should be booming and commanding. A very important role. Mr. Wiley has a domineering presence whenever he appears onscreen and his voice needs to match that.
