About:
One of the high-ranking administrators of Rhodes Island and the head of the Medical Department, Kal'tsit is an extraordinarily accomplished scientist in countless academic disciplines. She is aloof and has difficulty expressing emotions, but is extremely self-sacrificing to protect those around her. In the aftermath of Babel's fall, Kal'tsit becomes very hostile towards the Doctor, but eventually manages to lay down her guard to fight a greater threat together. She has a bio-mechanical weapon called Mon3tr (Monster) to aid her in combat.

(Factual, angry) When you regain your memories, you will have the opportunity to scrutinize the choices you made. Yet even if you repent your sins or your memories are actually lost forever, you cannot change the way I see you.
(Slightly mocking) Much of what you do is rife with immaturity, and you let your emotions get the better of you. If you were a little older, I would indeed make a mockery of you.
