Our resident delinquent and having a family history that would leave anyone perplexed here we have our special little rival Silver, after breaking into the professors lab and stealing Treck the Totodile from his healing pod Silver would  run off into the night, his motives being left a mystery towards everyone, but Silver has a plan… And it seems as though Team Rocket is at the forefront of it.
