You know that one trope in anime where a guy adjusts his glasses and they start glowing white(like this)? That’s the same vibe I imagine for Authority’s voice. He’s cold, unamused, and definitely condescending. Though I also imagine his voice has a soft, smooth quality to it that can easily hypnotize unsuspecting citizens of his regime.
