Oishi is an old man, and a detective who is near retirement. However, he does partake in gambling, and is investigating this situation out of his own interest.

He has a slightly raspy voice, as he does smoke. His voice is deep, and somewhat calm, but a little raspy. make sure he sounds like he is in his 60s or more. look up videos of his scenes to get a better idea of what he should sound like.
