The interpretation of the voice can be monstrous or human. Hatred should have a loud and threatening voice, but it also doesn't need to be yelling all the time. A PERFECT example of this idea is AM's monologue performed by Odd Future Studios. While this is the main voice direction, you can still interpret it how you please.
