Cyrus is a Head of the company called SEC, apart of the company is a genetic engineering faciality that does secret testing on humans, trying to turn them into part animal beasts. He is a villain yet has the charm of the day to day salesmen, he's charismatic and to get this role showing charisma is a good choice! Kind of like the voice of Ryan Reynolds, though we are open to many different interpretations to the character.
