Jackhlaid is roughly 28 years old, and a high ranking villain in the organization opposing the protagonists. She is stern and logical but she has an extremely quick temper that gets her into trouble. She despises many of her colleagues including Teno. 

I'm not too picky about her voice, I'd like to see what everyone can do. Jackhlaid is an adult however, so it would need to sound fairly mature.

    was the vigilante. The one with red hair the police are referring to as kage.
    Teno was sloppy and couldn’t handle him.
