Kagaya Kirizuto is a talented fidget spinning player with some peculiar traits. He sound dumb and naive but really extremely intelligent as well as a master strategist and schemer. Like to play around and really energetic.

when I am the fidget spinning champion.[Intelligent and Smooth] You didn’t specify what
type of figet spinning duel we doing. When the type of duel is unspecified, the
rules are also unspecified. So this duel is a free-for-all. By throwing it at
you, I was able to make it spin the fastest.
The audition is really good. There something off about the mic though, you should really see what you can do to improve the recording. I'm going to announce the last part on May 2nd. I am using another website to do casting call for this character and they don't allow early casting.
Yeah I will try and work on it no problem.
