Operation: PGR Fandub Project
Klassy for Lee
The straight man and tech guy of the Gray Raven squad. He’s the most logical of the three in the Gray Raven, but don’t mistake it as him being cold; he’s a lot more caring than he lets on and it shows a lot when it comes to people he cares about, especially his younger brother Murray.
Midrange young adult male. Usually aloof/flat if not mildly snarky and lecturing, but capable of softening up in sincere moments. For voice reference, I’m looking more for something similar to his ENG performance.

(lecturing/scolding) Yes, you did. But for this, you’ve been heavily wounded, our most important Commandant nearly died, and not only so, even Liv’s lost her combat capabilities.
(lecturing/caring) Don’t push yourself. Extended mind linking will cause you harm. How many times do I have to tell you?
(matter of fact) Leading the team? I’m more than qualified.
Thank you for your submissions as Lee and Roland! I appreciated them quite a lot, and especially seeing the contrast between your very playful Roland with your more stoic Lee.
I loved the way you handled Lee's doting lines. It still has that slight scolding sound but it sounds more caring and doting like you're talking to a younger sibling, especially with how you handled the part "How many times do I have to tell you?" It's really well done. Your scolding voice for the first line is just about getting there to where I would need it to be, but I would crank up the scolding a tad bit more/get slightly angrier - angry that you were about to lose a loved one.
For your Roland, I loved how you started off your line with laughing to get into the line and added a little laugh as you said "This is such a cruel thing", It feels necessary and it brought more life into your performance as Roland so I really enjoyed that. There were a couple of things in this performance that I wanted to point out: I felt like you could slow down a bit in the way you read but on top of that, I found that the pacing for the first lines were a little weird wih how you handled the pausing. Pausing in general is a good technique to use for acting, but I found the use of it a little strange or too much rather. But at the same time, you used pausing well with "Now, you ask me to give myself a reason?" So keep in mind when you're using those techniques in your delivery. There was also a misread for the third line where you read "Ascent" rather than "AscNet" (for "Ascension Network"), so be careful with how you read the lines. The third line in particular is tricky because since Roland is made to seem like he's constantly poking fun and joking around, a more genuine take would have been hard to do, but this was something I found lacking in your performance for the third line. Taking a step back from the more playful persona, I want to see more of that serious personality beneath -- maybe uncertain of how to act genuine.
If you're interested at all, I'd love to hear you give a retake on both of these with all the feedback I have in mind but otherwise, thank you so much for your interest in the project and I hope we can work together soon!
I thought Ascnet was a mistyping so I said Ascent instead. Sure I can do retake on both of these roles. So I wish it was typed as AscNet with the capital N that way it would be more clear. That's new to me. So it's pronounced 'Ask-Net?' correct?
