Ideally, Raphael is from the city and what we've heard from his different voice actors: he should be more of a New York accent. But not full on one. And needs to gritty, but usually he is.

But let's see what you bring to the table!

This is hopefully a more long term role, and I would enjoy for the same VA to continue playing this role for as much as issues I have the strength to dub.
