Bob Bibbity is a former game show host with twisted morals and a sense of quirkiness and sinisterness. He’s a bit of a mystery to *most* of the other ghosts. He should be as charmingly loud and obnoxious as possible, which is why all of his lines are written in uppercase in the script, please don’t interpret that as constant yelling, it’s simply how I view him.
