Wherever the Joker goes, Harley Quinn is not far behind. Once a psychiatrist, she became infatuated with the Clown Prince of Crime. Even adopting some of his ideals and methods. Harley has fashioned herself her own jester outfit in hopes that one day she and the Joker will run the streets of Gotham hand in hand. Harley is armed with a giant hammer to crush anyone who stands in her or Mr. Jay's way.

Personality:
Harley Quinn is a vicious, violent, and fierce fighter underneath her giddy and bubbly exterior. There is no rhyme or reason to her mood, making her impossible to predict. She is just as unhinged and chaotic as the Joker. She is desperate for the Joker's approval and will do anything to impress him.

Voice Direction:
Harley has a mid to high voice. She has a New York accent with a slight hint of "yiddish-ness". To quote Paul Dini.
