Matt is an anti-hero,he is egotistical and full of himself whose main goal in life is to be ''the number one villain'',he usually invents weapons to use it to threat people,he is mostly being a joke for an evil person and most of his ''evil plans'' doesn't impress anyone,but when he is actually serious,he can do a lot more.
