He has a very husky sort of voice. He sounds like he might be British, but he really isn't. He's a womanizer and an evil prince at that. Though, he's fallen for one woman, and that is Kira. Though, being that he is evil, he doesn't realize his affection towards her, so he remains in his evil state.
(Angered/Evil tone of voice) "How dare you say that to me! I'll have you executed for that!"
(Charming and calm voice) "Pardon me, madam. I cannot help but admire you."
(Serious tone) "Stay here. I cannot afford any other losses. Especially a loss of someone I care for..."
