Sabrina's personality, alongside the other Rocket executives, is initially shown to be cruel and heartless, torturing an Eevee to advance Team Rocket's goals. She is also very calculative. However, as time goes on she gradually starts showing a better side to her character, such as loyalty toward her allies - even if they were formerly her enemies - and she eventually changes her evil ways, becoming a proper Gym Leader and later an actress.
