Koops is a Koopa hailing from Petalburg, and the second partner to join Mario's party. He's timid, anxious, and cowardly, but he's also determined to become a stronger and braver Koopa. He joins Mario to save his village from Hooktail, but also as revenge for his father, who disappeared after going to stop Hooktail.

I'd like Koops' voice to reflect his personality: a little timid and nervous, but capable of sounding firm and tough when he needs to. He shouldn't sound too old. His voice should sound like he's somewhere around his teens to his early 20s.

This role will occur frequently through chapter 1, and occasionally throughout the rest of the game.
