I know literally nothing about this character or any established backstory for him, but I’ll give the best summary of the character that I can.

In terms of a voice, since I don’t know anything about this character, I don’t have anything to go off of, so really there’s no “correct” way to dub this character that I know of. The way I picture him sounding is… “anime dub voice.” He should have these exaggerated inflections and whatnot. I dunno, I’m just spitballing. Do whatever you please.
