Dragon Ball Abridged: Goku Time! Episode 2 Open Casting Call

Gohan is Goku's oldest son. He's an adult now with a wife, a daughter, and a career. He's a family man and often plays the "straight man" archetype in conversation. His original voice is very iconic, for this role I'm looking for as similar of a voice to the original as possible, but don't let that deter you if you have a different take on the character! He's calm, in-control, very well read, and a very respectful person. But he's also a Saiyan! While he won't be yelling this episode, do expect to have to do some standard Dragon Ball screams in future episodes.

While not exactly Kyle Hebert as you said, it's still quite a good impression on him. Definitely a Hebert-inspired take on Gohan, which is solid for sure. You also do a great job keeping that voice through yelling. Your mic does struggle with the apex of yells, and while that CAN be edited around to a degree, it's much preferred to just avoid peaking all together. Is that something you think you can remedy? Oh, and excellent audition!
Hey, similar to what I replied in the Rildo audition I will adjust gain levels based on the scene/context in the script. Since the audition was just kind of a mashup of different lines I recorded them all with my default settings. But yes, I can remedy and send over some samples if that would help you out.
