RWBY: Remnant Remade
The Greater-Scope Villain for Jacques Schnee
The CEO of the Schnee Dust Company and Weiss' father, Jacques is one of the most powerful men in Atlas, on the same level as the likes of the Supreme General. While the SDC retaining its overseas assets was one of the clauses of the peace treaty of Vytal, and its founder Nicholas Schnee had managed to exempt those same assets from Atlas' nationwide lockdown through political and criminal work, clever loopholes, and by calling on the company's merits during the Great War, it was Jacques who truly put those assets to use and turned the SDC into one of Remnant's greatest economical powerhouses, being the sole gateway between Atlas and the wider world - a world too afraid to wage war on Atlas by attacking these overseas territories, lest another Great War breaks out.
Jacques stands above this empire and rules it with a cold iron fist, employing business tactics that many would deem unethical just to further enrich himself. Now, however, between the White Fang's rising power putting his supply lines at risk and his daughter's escape, he finds himself forced to take more... Radical actions.
Character profile: Jacques is a businessman at heart, whose main drive is to earn more, more quickly and more efficiently. He is arrogant and entitled, believing his wealth and power automatically place him above the common man, and is not above punishing anyone who criticizes him with childish pettiness.
At his core, for all his skill in politics and management, Jacques is just that: an entitled child, who believes everything is supposed to go his way. And when it does not, he punishes any interference with brutal viciousness.
What we are looking for: A middle-aged man's voice, sounding as if he is trying too hard to appear elegant and measured. When he doesn't get his way, Jacques becomes childish, unrefined and comically furious.

(Barely holding in his frustration, but trying to maintain his elegant facade) "You're not leaving Atlas. You're not to leave the manor grounds unless I specifically allow it. You are going to remain here, out of sight and out of trouble, until you and I come to an agreement on your future."
(Gleeful and malevolent) "I knew one day, you would overextend your reach. I didn’t come here to beg for an abandoned mine. I came here to thank you... for personally handing me the noose to hang you."
