IN MY HEAD: I imagine Sarah Alexander's character Susan Walker from the TV show Coupling
You are honour bound! You gave me your word that I should join you for
our first quest, and you have broken it! (Angry)I shall not delay you too long. I swear by all the gods, you shall not regret my presence. (Over-the-top gratitude for letting her tag along)
You were right. I should have drawn my sword. (Apologetic) [This is one of those well after the fact thought-out prepared-in-advance sincere apologies, not an off the cuff apology in the moment.]
Not bad, and if I wasn't up to the armpits in amazing auditions for Gwenevere, this one might actually stand a chance. The audio quality was good, the emotion was good, and just getting those two right has you better than over half of auditions on this website in general. However, because I am getting so many auditions, I can afford to be a little fussier, and the next thing I want is a British accent, not an American one. That said, if you want to try again in a British accent, I'll certainly give it a listen.
Thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I can try a British accent for sure! I also wanted to add that I can work for free, if you like my audition with the accent.
Thanks for that. There shall be no haggling below free book. Whoever wins shall have it. Choosing Gwenevere is tough, so many great auditions, so many willing to work for free. That doesn't seem to happen so much for male roles.
