A very stressed out and kooky man, Commissioner Benjamin Hartman was the most unlikely candidate for the job of police commissioner, but somehow still got it. He’s an older guy, definitely more rotund and is as jumpy as a grasshopper in July. He questions how he even landed this position every day and heavily wants to resign, but his “friend” Mayor Julius Kingsley insists that the job will pay off for him one day. Commissioner Hartman tries to be the best he can for the city, but with the overwhelmingly understaffed DCPD and terrible supervillain problem, and his own devastating anxiety, there’s not much he can do.

VOICE REFERENCE: The Sultan from Aladdin but with a slight Brooklyn accent. Also feel free to give him a stutter! (Nothing too over the top, of course.)
