King Proum is the Sovereign of the Jiorall Kingdom and is the Overarching Antagonist of the series

Role 

In terms of the actual anime, Proum's role is minor since he appears two times in the series. But he is both directly and indirectly responsible for the majority of the events that occur in the series. Proum condones and takes part in the vile corruption that plagues his kingdom, raised his children to be as depraved as he is and is the ultimate cause for Keyaru's suffering.

Requirement

At first glance, proum sounds old, but he still commands a great deal of respect. His voice needs to sound like he doesn't play games and is always serious, ready to shut down anything that becomes a problem.
