Ghetsis is the evil leader of Team Plasma that wants to separate humans from Pokemon for power. He captures Brock prior to the start of the film. Ghetsis's voice has been described as a more raspy version of the Emperor from Star Wars. The scene will involve ADR Automated dialogue replacement dubbing. I will provide the necessary materials for this.
