Themis is the unknown overseer of the Ultimate Jury Assessment. Despite her near 'supernatural' appearance, she appears to human like the rest of the participants within the Killing Game. With her history a complete mystery, Themis believes in showcasing what she calls 'true justice' and in order for such a showcase to take place, the Ultimate Jury is necessary in proving this point. With seemingly having full control over every aspect of Seigi Village, there's not a lot that escapes Themis' sight. As the overseer, it is Themis' job to look over every jurist and make sure that the Killing Game is carried out to its full capability.
