Genocider Syo is the Super High School Level Serial Killer. Genocider Syo is blood-thirsty and potentially very dangerous, but she is mostly portrayed as a comic relief. She laughs a lot and sometimes pretends to be serious only to reveal that she is just joking.
Voice-wise, I think I would prefer for her voice to be semi-high, loud, and kinda screechy if that makes sense? Just refer to her english voice as reference! I would take variations of her Japanese voice as well, though!
