Robecca Steam is a sort of steam powered female robot. She’s a graduate from the monster school in the American town of New Salem on the mainland known as Monster High. It's currently unknown what her goal is for the series or what she’ll do.

Robecca is polite and eager to please. She's always running late due to a defect in her machinery, but she always tries to make up for her mistakes. Robecca arrives late all the time, she says that she sets clocks and watches, but they don't work.

Her voice should at least come close to sounding like Julie Maddalena Kliewer.
