Ice Spice is an original stand that was introduced in Phantom Blood. He is an evil and malevolent being. I’d like his voice to sound very mundane and basic. However, an over-the-top Michael Jackson esque voice can work as well. We currently have a sister series known as ONE PIECE Abridged.
