Tellure is a female-presenting spirit, and the main antagonist of the mod. She has spent thousands of years locked away in a pocket plane of Oblivion, and her anger only grew during her imprisonment. Her voice should reflect that anger. Visually, she appears as a type of Spriggan, and some voice lines will be intermixed with Spriggan sound effects.
