I imagine a deeper voice, but am open to other interpretations, as long as his unique manner of speaking comes across! He is a dragon-born who regards his lineage with pride. I imagine a manner of speaking like the Liyue adepti such as Cloud Retainer, Moon Carver, or Mountain Shaper.
