There is nothing known about Rampage's life before his violent rise. He is an incredibly powerful, sadistic, hate-filled monster who takes pleasure in destruction and death. he is incredibly full of himself, believing in the survival of the fittest. Even when he is defeated, nothing short of death can stop him.
