The Boastful Lord of Blasting Matters, king of ka-booms all over the world. King Bob-Omb makes his Rise of Voldemort debut as one of Bowser's top generals. The Royal Bob-Omb is determined to not let anyone get past him, and he will use his girth and loyal troops of Bob-Ombs to stop anyone who dares to oppose him.

Personality:
King Bob-Omb is a posh, arrogant king who takes pride in his royal status. He is fixated on both his giant mustache and his strength. He acts in a regal, gentlemen like manner and is not afraid to admit defeat. He is very critical and patronizing towards everyone he believes is of lower class. 

Voice Direction:
King Bob-Omb's voice should be a pompous, regal, and gentlemen-like voice of a high society Bureaucrat. If you want a voice reference, the best I can think of is something like John Cleese.
