Osamu is a 30-year-old seeming Agent of Havoc disguised as a Journalism teacher. He just so happens to be Ayame's journalism teacher and can be seen as "unfair" and "lazy" since he doesn't really seem to be doing his work at the college at all. Instead, he is far too busy working underground selling souls on the black market as well as working alongside Katsu.

Hello class. I'm glad to see that all of you were able to make it today in such short notice. Although for some of you, it was more short-notice than others, Miss Kimura. While I was away in the states, I wasn't able to grade your papers. Instead, I was working on a brand new, beautiful pop quiz for you all to take. It's more like a pop-test, with fifty questions and a mini-essay in the back. Any comments, questions, or concerns? (Yuki speaks up saying this is unfair and it's bullshit!) It doesn't matter how "bullshit" it is, Miss Mori. You made a decision to take this class. Don't like it? Drop out.
