Reggie is a local resident of Sunset Valley who enjoys hiking, camping, and bushcraft, especially when he gets to do these things with his friends. Due to his fondness for outdoor activities and his desire to keep the area the same as it has always been for locals, Reggie sees the policies of the park as out-of-touch government interference. With the disappearance of Willow and many subsequent rule changes, he sees Ernest as the focal point of many of these problems and makes no effort to hide his opinions.

- Character Age: Early 30's (not super important though)

- Accent: Mild American Southern, possibly with voice cracks here and there (his character design is inspired by a goose).

- Personality: Unfriendly, accusatory, mean

- Voice Reference: I originally planned to voice Reggie myself, but I am no longer going to because I got a little more funding, I feel like someone else could do it better, and I'm voicing Ernest anyway which would've been too similar. Here is one clip I had done though. Don't feel obligated to imitate this (what do you think he should sound like?), but if you need a starting point, it may help too.

- Function: Antagonist, Comic Relief, Secondary character

Note: Reggie screams in fear three times total. Two shorter startled screams, and one long and somewhat comedic scream (as he runs away). He also needs to snore for a few seconds. Just making a note so no one is caught off guard if cast as Reggie.
