I am looking for someone to play the part of a slightly unhinged, obsessive biologist who is doing experiments on insects.  They will hold conversations with their boss and also they will talk to themselves (or to the insects). When the boss is not looking, this person can be quite sadistic, and get carried away running unnecessary experiments to sate his own fascination. 


I think a style similar to Mark Heap would work well.  This is a nice example:

The part is about 700 words and shouldn't take more than an hour.


Note - I am specifically looking for someone with a British accent (pref English, but I imagine with the right style, Scottish, Welsh or Irish could fit also).

Hi Cthulium, sorry you didn't get the part. It was difficult to decide at the end, and this was a really great performance. I love the sarcasm in the first take where you say "beetles", it's stuck in my head.
