Andrea is the Chief Ranger of the Starlight Mountains Sunset Valley region. Known for her achievements in rock climbing and mountaineering on local peaks, Andrea is well-respected in Sunset Valley for her management of the park throughout her established career. She has knowledge of much of the park's history, hazards, and protocols, and is always willing to offer advice, guidance, and information.
She is the supervisor of one of the main characters (Ernest), and is one of the few locals sympathetic to his problems. She tries to encourage him, as he is still a new hire, but also has to remain professional.

[Being interviewed on the news] It is true that… well, at this point in the search, we’re still unsure as to the whereabouts of Miss Brooks, but we are doing everything in our power to find her and bring her home safely. I urge everyone not to panic, but keep Willow in your thoughts.
[Giving Ernest a job to do as his boss] Now, yesterday that rainstorm knocked out one of the fire lookout cameras over at Tower 22. I’d appreciate it if you could get out there and fix it. Could you do that?
