Remele is a cerulean blooded troll. She's a less than honest artist who sells her mostly plagiarized art to high bloods. She however plays sickeningly sweet to those who she's trying to impress.
I imagine her to have an almost fake French accent.

(Fake sweet) You don't looke like my other patrons. Are you loste? Or are you perhaps looking to starte collecting? If you're loaded, ignore that firste question.
(Relaxed) Oh, sure. They can be unpredictable, and keeping them happy requires some schmoozing. Occasionally I have to pretende like I've drunke the Faygo and pull some religious references out of my ass. But it's nothing I can't handle. You can make a lot more money as an artiste if you're not choosy about what you draw.
(Impressed) Huh. That's actually not bad as an artistique medium. The colors and textures work well together. Maybe that blueblood kid from Chittr is on to something... Anyway. Thanks for having my back with that paintbrushe. That took some quicke thinking.
