Chase needs to be in charge.

A proper and by-the-book employee of the organization, Chase is what other employees aspire to be. He has a hunger to move up the food chain, and is ready and willing to burn others to achieve that. That kind of dedication is useful. On multiple occasions he has been spotted flying off the handle over seemingly trivial things, but there must have been just cause for it.
