Mars is a vicious, sly and sneaky reptilian type. His voice is a bit raspy, almost hissing like a snake, but his voice is also soothing and somewhat buttery. Almost like a luring voice.

I'm thinking of a deeper and slightly more chilling Kaa from Jungle Book.

There's no required accent for this. If you do have one you can go ham. This is my first time casting for this specific character so this is mostly experimental!

This line is presently slightly sinister yet he's still in a level tone, as if sounding normal here when he's actually making a threat.
