Silas Chernon (Hayes) is the great grandfather of protagonists Emily and Navin Hayes. He is an old man that had a passion for creating robots to help him during his life; and when Emilynad Navin find him, he is on his death bed. He leaves most of his memories to his robotic creations, and is featured in a few flashback sequences.
