Thery Pound is in charge of purifying the air and water upon arrival at the new planet. With a set of gadgets and tools, she and a team will study the conditions of most types of materials and check if the local fauna is 100% safe for consumption. Inside the vessel, her role is almost minimal. She sometimes helps the cook but spends most of her hours taking pictures with an old-school camera that she found on the extranet.
