Non-singing role, must speak high pitched and creepily.
Chara subtly influences Frisk and the audience alike in UNDERSONG, acting as the “voice inside their heads”, more so in genocide/no mercy than pacifist and neutral. Childlike voice, with both speaking and whispering lines in songs where they whisper rhythmically, but do not actually sing.
[hushed] They are not like you. It's kill or be killed. Make these monsters dead.
This is a very mature-sounding voice for chara, and unfortunately not what we're looking for. We're hoping for something younger sounding, but thank you for trying! -Moop
