Insane Gwynplaine for Onyx of the Vi clan
Onyx is the war chief of the Vi clan. He is known as the monster of Virgo Island, cold and ruthless. As of yet, he is undefeated in battle. It's been said that he has no heart behind the plated chest of his armor. He's one of the romance options for the protagonist.
He speaks in a low, unfeeling and stoic voice. He's rarely seen without his full armor.
Please say each line at least twice. Once in the voice that Onyx would have when he's wearing his helmet and once without the helmet.
For the helmet voice, feel free to get a little creative. If you want to make it sound like Darth Vader from Star Wars and/or a borg from Star Trek, go ahead. Have fun with it and show me what you can do.

something i do to help reduce room echo is i hang a curtain almost directly behind me. the thicker you can get to hang, the better. also, try checking out voice meeter, its a free digital audio mixer for your pc desktop to help you fine tune your mic to better suit your voice. lastly, rightclick the speaker icon in your system tray on your desktop, select recording devices, select your mic, select the advanced tab, and then select the highest quality your pc will let you record with. those are little tidbits i learned when i first started narrating to help me with my quality. hope it helps you too.
