INFORMATION
As the youngest of the Amara sisters, Aki is a sweet, happy-go-lucky girl who is constantly trying to look on the brighter side of situations, even if there doesn't seem to be one at all times. She doesn't like to let anything get her down even when her mind tries to get the best of her, usually relying on cartoons or her sketch book in order to get through it all. But one thing is always true about Aki and that's the amount of sympathy and empathy she has towards people, no matter what they're going through. Past being an excitable positive force, she's a very gentle and caring person, attempting to use her personality to make people smile as much as possible. 

VOICE
Aki is generally a medium range character, I would say that anything that would stay in that realm would be really good be it slightly lower or higher. She can fluctuate quite a bit with her timbre due to how emotional she can get, so that's why medium would probably be the best starting point for finding her voice. But, of course, if you feel like you can pull this character off in a different vocal range then go ahead and give it a shot!  


  • [calm] Tomorrow morning [beat] [panicked] OH GOD, TOMORROW MORNING! WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? WHAT ARE WE GOING TO TAKE! TALIAH, COME HERE HELP ME PACK! Wait, NO DON’T GET UP STAY THERE I’LL DO IT ALL DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT!

  • [honest, heartfelt, without thinking] Nothing really helps that feeling. It never seems to go away, does it? But distractions are everything. If you’re distracted from the pain...from the emptiness, then I think it makes it better.

  • [scoffs] Am I hungry? Ha! I’m always hungry! I’ll eat when I’m not hungry! I’ll devour the world!!

Great job! I love your energy, it is so on point with this. With all the lines, remember to enunciate your words clearly. Since the sim's mouth isn't going to be following each word as you speak it, it's important that people can understand you without reading the lines. But gosh! The second take of the first line was AMAZING. Just SUPER spot on with the energy and panic of it all. The second line I would say sound a bit more confident, Aki is bubbly and generally very proud but I can definitely see what you were going for with that. Third line was spot on again, I love your take. The only other thing I can say is that you may sound a bit young for Aki. Add a bit more confidence to her voice and maybe drop ever so slightly in tone. But for the most part you did a great job on delivery. Great work, hope you give it another go!

    Thanks I really appreciate it, I didn't know what level you wanted it to be since she's the youngest and plus I was a little nervous...but I will totally redo the audition, if that's okay!.
