Video Game Voice Role: Security System

This is a small part for the voice of a computer's security system AI.
For this role, I'm aiming for an authentic North / East / West African accent, a deliberate nod to Orisa from Overwatch.

To that end, I would prefer a performer either from those general regions, or with strong heritage from there.
However, as long as you can sound fairly accurate, I'm not too picky.
You don't need to sound stereotypically monotonous or robotic, but it has to be clear that the computer AI has no personal or emotional investment, and is just calmly carrying out its programmed duties.
