Kenzo Tomatsu is a central character. Born and bred to be nothing more than a killer, he's a hired gun who makes a living off of eliminating those who need silenced. His super strength makes him a valuable asset to the Nivian military. His profound hatred for Humans and their invasion of his planet is no secret. 

His personality is cold, slightly detached but very confident. He has an aura about him, even those who know to stay away from him can't help but find themselves drawn to his mysterious allure. Think Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy.
