Bowser is the Chief of the World of Smash Bros. Police Department. He has a strong sense of justice and cares deeply for the World and its inhabitants, so much so that he's willing to put his life on the line to protect its inhabitants. Under his tough exterior, Bowser loves his son and has a bit of an interesting friendship with a certain hedgehog...
So, this is certainly a different take on Bowser, but I'm still expecting a voice similar to his voice from the games or the new movie. One that's fierce and monstrous, but not mindless or dumb sounding.
