Jillian Kane is a main supporting character, just like her husband in the story, Jay White. She's seen to be this intelligent, yet unaware woman. She is sheltered from the ways of this new world, but isn't without her psychotic naclivities. She's a tad bit inspired by the mother from Blood On The Tracks, a kinder counterpart in a world of malignancy and hate, but there's something truly frightening about her.

I'm Jillian Kane, I may not partake in Jay's bloody affairs, but I can fix up a wound, or make you something nice to eat." - Caring, and motherly, she's uncanny when comparing her to the other sociopaths in this world.
"Everyone knows who Jay is, and no one knows who I am. That's my use. When people see Jay, they see the Kingpin killer, some Devil on Earth. When they see me? They said someone who doesn't belong, who's out of place. Someone who you could make you a drink, and you would never know if it had poison in it. That's what makes me useful."
